Specialist - Product Owner

As a Product Owner at Accelya, you bridge customer and business needs with the development organisation, ensuring the Agile team delivers valuable, customer-focused products. You work closely with the Product Manager, Architects and Development team to define requirements, prioritise the backlog and drive successful product delivery.

What Will You Do

• Own the development stage of the product lifecycle in partnership with the PM.
• Define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with key stakeholders.
• Represent customer and business needs and prioritise the product backlog.
• Collaborate with development teams on estimates, capacity and release timelines.
• Adapt plans based on stakeholder feedback while ensuring quality, security and design.

What Do You Need to Know

• 6+ years of experience in Product Owner roles.
• Experience in the airline industry is mandatory.
• Expertise in end-to-end workflow solutions leveraging NDC.
• Experience with platform/API solutions and business-user-facing applications.
• Strong understanding of technical and platform concepts.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams; SAFe experience is an advantage.
