Job Description

  • Understand the customer requests, address needs and provide timely response and support, primarily related to conflict minerals
  • Analyze and document customer requests and facilitate with the appropriate company resources to drive the needed results with the end-customers
  • Drive excellent communication, coordination, documentation, organization, and follow-ups with the team to meet the customer needs and deliverables
  • Utilize excellent system skills to drive efficient and effective customer responses through MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP related modules (PSN, EHSM, BW)
  • Work closely with the Company s procurement teams and the Conflict Minerals team to prioritize and address customer requests
  • Require versatility to fulfill responsibilities in various CM activities, such as other campaign support, BOM explosion, PSN maintenance and various analysis
