Role Description:
We are looking for a confident and highly presentable Pre-Sales Specialist who can effectively represent the company and deliver impactful product presentations.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong product understanding, and the ability to engage clients professionally. This role plays a key part in converting prospects into serious commercial discussions by delivering structured, high-quality demos aligned with company standards.
Products to be Handled:
The candidate must be capable of presenting all company products, including:
- TRAACS-WAVE (Travel Back-Office System)
- NUTRAACS (Travel Back-Office System)
- TRIPMATIK (DMC Management System)
- NUCEM (CRM)
- NUPAY (Payment Solution)
- BI – Business Intelligence (Web & Mobile App)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional, structured product presentations and live demonstrations.
- Follow the standard demo flow and ensure consistency across all client engagements.
- Clearly explain product features, workflows, business benefits, and use cases.
- Confidently handle client questions, objections, and clarifications.
- Understand customer requirements and document key discussion points for internal review.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Product teams for effective solution positioning.
- Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the Commercial stage with proper documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product features and enhancements.
- Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner during all client interactions.

- Number of demos conducted as per schedule
- Demo-to-commercial conversion ratio
- Customer satisfaction post-demo
- Accuracy of requirement documentation
- Effectiveness of internal coordination
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related field
