SAP WM Functional Consultant

Experience

Minimum 6 years of handson experience in SAP Warehouse Management WM excluding experience in other SAP areas

At least two end to end SAP WM implementation projects including strong exposure to support and maintenance environments

Core Functional Skills

Strong understanding of warehouse business processes including

o Goods Receipt  Putaway

o Goods Issue  Picking

o Internal Warehouse Movements

o Physical Inventory

o Inventory Management IM processes

Ability to analyze business requirements map them to SAP WM solutions and propose process improvements

Technical  Documentation Skills

Experience in creating Functional Specifications FS for custom developments

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams ABAPIntegration to deliver custom enhancements

Skilled in defining planning and executing test scenarios for WMIM processes including integration and interface testing

Support  Maintenance

Prior experience working in application maintenancesupport environments

Familiarity with ticketing tools such as

o SAP Solution Manager

o BMC Remedy

o Azure DevOps

o HPQC  ALM

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve day to day operational issues within agreed SLAs

Integration Knowledge

Good working knowledge of WM integration with

o MM Materials Management

o PP Production Planning

o SD Sales  Distribution

Understanding of end to end supply chain and logistics data flows

Additional Preferred Skills

Experience or exposure to SAP S4HANA Logistics including delta changes from ECC to S4

Domain knowledge in Automotive or similar manufacturing industries

Overall functional understanding of cross module SAP integration
