The ideal candidate is a natural do-gooder who is highly collaborative, detailed-oriented, and able to make sense of complexity and navigate multiple systems.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Master's degree in social work, development studies, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years experience in CSR, a related field, nonprofit practice, or a combination.
  • Previous CSR legal/compliance experience a plus.
  • Previous technology industry experience a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, research, assessment, and presentation skills.
  • Superb detail orientation as well as vision.
  • The ability to represent Oracle Social Impact with passion and professionalism.
  • Ability to travel up to 20-25% of the time.

  • Support CSR operations, assist in managing Giving programs, ensuring successful implementation of grants.
  • Monitor projects to ensure compliance with local CSR laws, track fund utilization, and facilitate annual impact assessments.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including record-keeping, documentation, reporting, supplier onboarding, and payment processing.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Finance, Legal, and Procurement, as well as with external entities, including nonprofit/NGO grantees and impact assessment vendors.
  • Help prepare Oracle Giving's annual grant portfolio, including tracking submissions, reviewing proposals, and assisting with due diligence.
