• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Hands on experience in managing and Supporting Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1.3 and R12.2
• Install/upgrade Oracle EBS, Oracle Access manager, OID
• Apply EBS patches, Tech-Stack Patches and DB patches, CPU/PSU patches and other patches as necessary based on all supporting products
• App Minor Upgrade patches
• Perform all the E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) administrative maintenance tasks and admin tasks on all the supporting technologies in E-Business Suite
• Support and Maintain Multi Nodes Environments,
• Support SSO, SSL implementation, Support and reconfigurations
• Support and Maintain Shared APPL_TOP, PCP, DMZ
• Support and Maintain RAC/ASM Databases
• Maintain EBS DR and do regular Drill Tests
• Trouble shoot production and non-production problems and provide a Root cause analysis to the customers.
• Work with Oracle Support and internal Vendor SMEs to design, trouble shoot, implement solutions in P2P
• Maintain and Manage all the P2P application/database related necessary configuration settings.
• Cloning of E-Business Suite and database across all the instances.
• Environment clone: including EBS, database and all supporting tools for P2P
• Downsizing an instance - work on Archival and downsizing solutions
• Incident and problem management
• Raising SRs with Oracle and managing all the issues in middleware queue
• Maintain and manage all E-Business instance support 24X7 including non-production environments.
• Code release Support using tools like HP, STAT etc.,
• Make sure the Instance availability including both production and non-production environments as per business requirements
• Experience working with Vendors on product troubleshooting
• Must be customer oriented, able to interact with different teams, vendors, and a good team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
