Job Description

  • Thoroughly understand and stay updated on NPS and other retirement solution products, their features, benefits, and regulatory framework
  • Develop strategies to enhance the adoption and penetration of NPS among corporate and retail clients
  • Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients to onboard them for NPS
  • Conduct presentations and discussions with HR and finance teams to integrate NPS into employee benefit plans
  • Provide detailed mutual fund and retirement solution analyses to clients
  • Offer tailored solutions that align with client needs and long-term financial goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive campaigns and initiatives for NPS awareness
  • Identify new opportunities and market trends in the retirement solutions space
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and reports for corporate and individual clients
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build trust and credibility
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NPS and related retirement products, including their tax and regulatory implications
  • Proven track record of successful corporate client engagements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a presentable demeanor
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and drive long-term growth
  • Familiarity with financial planning, mutual funds, and retirement portfolio structuring is a plus
