Overview
The Global B2B Marketing Operations team is looking for a Specialist of Marketing Operations to support and scale lead gen. campaigns through technology and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical marketer with a track record of creative thinking to develop, execute, measure and optimize lead gen. campaigns.
The Global B2B Marketing Operations team is responsible for defining a best-in-class Lead Generation discipline and scaling it across business units and regions, including to the people, processes, content, technologies, and data.
Role
In this technical marketing role, you will:
Design email campaigns, lead capture forms, and landing pages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Develop target audience segmentation in SFMC to execute email campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing of emails to optimize performance.
Create automated journeys for lead gen campaigns and manage lead routing.
Measure and analyze campaign performance, effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders, and assist in the development of performance dashboards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality campaign assets.
Ensure all marketing communications comply with legal standards and privacy regulations.
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
A master's degree in appropriate field, preferably MBA in marketing, business, communication or a related field.
Over 4 years of experience in marketing technology and automation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), with a focus on Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Experience in Cvent is a plus.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building email templates.
Knowledge of data privacy standards/guidelines i.e., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CPPA etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Openness to work in the EMEA time shift (12:00pm to 9:00pm IST).
