Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own monthly competitor snapshots and signal briefs for leadership and product teams.
  • Run regular dashboards and reports on category, market, and innovations.
  • Track signals from app store reviews, social listening, campaign, and communication tracking.
  • Monitor product journey, app experience, GTM strategy, and content strategy across competitors.
  • Launch and maintain an expert panel for category foresight.
  • Partner with CSMI strategy and product teams to identify opportunity white spaces.

Who You Are:

  • 4 years of experience in Competitive Intelligence, Strategy Operations, or Business Research.
  • Strong secondary research skills and comfortable using AI tools for synthesis.
  • Curious about the fintech and investment landscape, with the ability to spot trends early.
  • Agile thinker with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.
