Job Description

  • Application, Synthetic and infrastructure Monitoring using Dynatrace SaaS
  • Use of Dynatrace to monitor/troubleshoot application s Performance and availability. Use of Dynatrace to set up alerting.
  • Producing reports to meet application and infrastructure planning and management needs, on both a regular and ad-hoc basis.
  • Providing advice and consultancy to management and technical teams on performance, capacity and availability matters, diagnostics and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure that all relevant processes and procedures are adhered to

Qualification

  • Minimum4-5 years relevant experience monitoring domain
  • Graduate of any discipline
  • Knowledge on Python language/Unix Systems
  • Shell scripting knowledge (Desirable)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • ITIL V3 Knowledge
  • Good knowledge on IT Infrastructure
