Key Deliverables:

Plan and coordinate Veeva Vault release strategies with IT and business teams
Ensure validation, risk assessment, and change impact for GxP-compliant deployments
Support release documentation, training, and stakeholder communication
Assist with system updates, configurations, and platform governance

Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on release planning and timelines
Conduct assessments and manage platform-related change controls
Guide release lifecycle processes aligned with Agile methodology
Monitor release performance and provide support to business users
