About this opportunity:

Looking for an experienced IMS Core Specialist with deep expertise in Ericsson IMS (SBG, CSCF, MTAS, BGF) and knowledge in 5G Core (5GC) technologies, with strength in KPI Optimization, planning, design & core troubleshooting skills in multi-vendor environments. Responsible for contributing to technical solution design and the service delivery process. The role demands a high level of ownership in maintaining network performance, quality, and timelines, in alignment with Ericsson standards

What you will do:

  • Accountable for day-to-day delivery of the assigned project towards customer.
  • Handle & Lead IMS & fixed voice Performance Management and Design Planning scope for large CSPs.
  • Propose new parameter, config changes for continuous network performance improvement.
  • Special focus on customer experience improvement.
  • Propose solution for new services in core networks & performance solution design of NE.
  • Optimizing network as per customer subscriber base & Perform parameters tuning etc.
  • Perform QoS , parameter , capacity audit as per customer requirement.
  • KPI analysis and recommendation to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform upgrade and new installation.
  • Troubleshooting, Analysis, Impact Report and Customer Handling
  • Support in RFP discussion, BoQ finalization , Ordering etc.
  • Leading IMS & CS Core in Customer calls & governances.

The skills you bring:

End to End knowledge of IMS / CS Core network.

Comprehensive IMS / VLTE / CS Core life-cycle maintenance (e.g., planning, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, Tracing & reporting).

Must have customer handling skills and excellent communication skills.

Candidate should have at least 3-4 years of Design/Planning/Optimization experience of IMS Core Nodes (SBG, CSCF, TAS etc).

Candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills on IMS / CS Core network.

Should have team handling experience.

Experience in 5GC, cloud is added advantage

Strong IMS & Voice network experience. With hands-on skills in tracing .

Good knowledge and skills in IP networking.

Strong skills on Architecture and Interfaces for Ericsson Core network elements IMS, Fixed Voice, MSC, MGW, BC, HSS, CUDB, STP, DSC etc.

Subject matter expertise on operator network (IMS, Fixed Voice, CS, CUDB) and understanding.

Strong Technical Knowledge on IMS Core Network and idea of E2E network.

A detailed knowledge of Ericsson's existing and future product/services portfolio, roadmap information and system integration practices

Skillful application of management information systems to the unit SDU Optimize.

Need to know the automation concepts.

Good Communication skills.
