Job Overview
To coordinate with Finance and Delivery team to facilitate the data requirement of Projected and Rolled up Revenue, Project level Margin, Raising Invoicing, Preparing Account/Project level business review decks, and any ad hoc support required from delivery team in term of Excel-based tool/template/Macro development and any ad hoc data aggregation requirement.
Summary Of Responsibilities
- Coordinate Daily/Monthly Deliverables with project team.
- Coordinate monthly FTE allocation details for project cost allocation with project team.
- Coordinate with Project team to get monthly project metrics requested by Department Leader.
- Support preparing account/Project level management reports, Business reviews, Regular process reviews for different internal stakeholders.
- Creating MS office Tools/template.
- Support ad hoc data coordination request from project team.
- All other duties as needed or assigned by management.
Qualifications (Minimum Required)
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
Experience (Minimum Required)
- 6 Years of experience in the job discipline.
- Understanding of financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
- High degree of accuracy with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
