Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven HR Project Management & Automation Specialist to:

  • Support, coordinator and ensure on-time delivery of the HR transformation initiatives, streamline processes, and implement automation solutions across the Human Resources function. This role combines project management expertise with HR systems knowledge to improve efficiency, compliance, employee experience, and data-driven decision-making (75%).
  • Support the CHRO for their calendar management and centrally support with administrative functions for the HR team (25%).

Key Responsibilities

HR Project Management

  • Support the HRSS manager on all ongoing HR projects (process maps, engagement initiatives, digital transformation).
  • Support the HRSS manager with project charters, timelines, budgets, risk plans, and communication strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including HR, IT, Finance, and Operations.
  • Track milestones, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Manage change management and adoption strategies.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives with Ops and HR.

HR Automation

  • Analyze existing HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, benefits administration).
  • Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
  • Implement and optimize HR systems and automation tools (e.g., HRIS, HRSD, RPA tools).
  • Ensure compliance and legal requirements during automation.
  • Maintain documentation of automated workflows and system configurations.

PMO office

  • Manage and prioritize the CHRO's complex calendar, including internal and external meetings, board interactions, and leadership engagements.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
  • Prepare daily briefings and meeting agendas for the CHRO.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate administrative functions (like greetings) for the HR team and key leadership team on behalf of the CHRO.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

Must have skills

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations or HR project management
  • Good understanding of HR systems and workflows
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., AI, Chatbot, RPA, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
