Key deliverables:

1. Manage and maintain HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent systems (Greenhouse ATS, SAP BTP, HANA)
2. Gather business requirements, implement system configuration changes, testing, and rollout
3. Provide end-user support, training, and coach team members on techno-functional aspects
4. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system updates

Role responsibilities:

1. Administer and operate core HR systems ensuring data integrity and compliance with IT governance
2. Interface with software vendors and internal teams to track and resolve system-related issues
3. Maintain system documentation, execute periodic validations across environments, and manage change control process
4. Support audits related to IT application controls and governance, ensuring disciplined task execution
