Scope:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team.
- In this role, you will leverage data analytics and technology to support HR initiatives, drive insights, enhance decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency.
- A strong focus will be placed on using Power BI to create dynamic reports and dashboards that convey clear and actionable HR metrics
What you'll do:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic HR initiatives.
- Design and implement interactive Power BI dashboards that visualize key HR metrics, allowing stakeholders to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR technology tools, ensuring they are utilized effectively across the organization.
- Work closely with HR team members to understand their reporting needs and provide analytical support for various HR projects.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by conducting regular audits and data validation processes.
- Utilize analytical techniques to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and generate insights related to workforce planning, employee engagement, recruitment, and retention.
- Create comprehensive reports and visualizations that communicate findings effectively to HR leadership and other stakeholders, tailoring content to meet their specific needs.
- Provide training and support to team members on using HR tools and interpreting analytical reports.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data collection processes, reporting tools, and HR analytics methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain thorough documentation of analytical methodologies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the team.
What we are looking for:
- 4.5 to 7 yrs of experience as HR Analyst
- Proficiency in Power BI, including experience in creating reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with Workday and other HR technology tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
