Key Skills & Competencies

Functional Expertise

• Strong knowledge of D365 FO Finance and Supply Chain modules
• Expertise in procurement, sales, inventory management, order management, manufacturing, and financial accounting
• Familiarity with PMA and warehouse management functionalities

Business Process Knowledge

• Ability to map business requirements to D365 FO capabilities
• Understanding of industry best practices in finance, compliance, reporting, inventory control, and demand planning

Technical Knowledge

• Working knowledge of D365 FO data entities, workflows, security roles, and architecture
• Exposure to integrations using Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate

Leadership & Communication

• Ability to lead functional workstreams and manage implementation deliverables
• Strong communication skills to engage business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Ability to explain complex functional concepts to non-technical audiences

Problem Solving & Analysis

• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and recommend effective solutions
• Proactive approach to improving business processes through system configuration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
