Job Description
Key Skills & Competencies
Functional Expertise
- Strong knowledge of D365 FO Finance and Supply Chain modules
- Expertise in procurement, sales, inventory management, order management, manufacturing, and financial accounting
- Familiarity with PMA and warehouse management functionalities
Business Process Knowledge
- Ability to map business requirements to D365 FO capabilities
- Understanding of industry best practices in finance, compliance, reporting, inventory control, and demand planning
Technical Knowledge
- Working knowledge of D365 FO data entities, workflows, security roles, and architecture
- Exposure to integrations using Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate
Leadership & Communication
- Ability to lead functional workstreams and manage implementation deliverables
- Strong communication skills to engage business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Ability to explain complex functional concepts to non-technical audiences
Problem Solving & Analysis
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and recommend effective solutions
- Proactive approach to improving business processes through system configuration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
