The Specialist, GSP, Third-Party Risk Management will support the Director, GSP, Third-Party Risk Management in two primary functional areas: (1) Policy Documentation & Governance and (2) Monitoring & Analytics. This role helps ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance with Global Sourcing & Procurement (GSP) policies, standards, and standard operating procedures across the company's global operations.

The Specialist will contribute to documenting policies, maintaining governance frameworks, performing monitoring activities, analyzing results, and preparing reporting used by leadership and risk committees. This role is foundational to the company's global operating model for sourcing, onboarding, assessing, contracting, managing, and terminating vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Policy Documentation & Governance Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and format GSP policies, standards, and SOPs.
  • Maintain version control, audit trails, and publication workflows.
  • Ensure documentation reflects regulatory, business, and audit-driven updates.
  • Manage documentation repositories and templates.
  • Support interpretation of policies and provide clarification guidance.
  • Prepare materials supporting communication, training, and policy rollout.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, TPRM, Legal, Compliance, and Operational Risk teams.

Monitoring & Analytics Responsibilities

  • Execute routine monitoring and compliance testing across GSP processes.
  • Follow documented test scripts and methodologies to assess adherence.
  • Record and validate monitoring results with accuracy and completeness.
  • Compile data into dashboards, trackers, or scorecards.
  • Identify trends, systemic issues, and potential control weaknesses.
  • Support development of executive-ready reporting for leadership and risk committees.
  • Participate in remediation tracking and issue follow-up with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Procurement, Third-Party Risk Management, Risk & Controls, Operational Risk, Compliance, Audit, or related fields.
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to produce clean, clear documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Ability to collaborate across global, matrixed environments.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel or reporting tools preferred.
  • Experience with documentation or workflow tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) preferred.
  • Fluent in AI-enabled environments, using approved tools responsibly to improve throughput, accuracy, and insight while adhering to the company's risk and governance standards. At a minimum, all GSP employees should be able to leverage AI tools to draft, extract, validate, and optimize content that is applicable to their respective function and utilize AI tools to consistently create new content, innovation, and idea generation.
