Job Description

Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over 3 million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media execution and strategy to join our E-commerce Marketing team as a Performance Marketing Specialist in Singapore.

The role includes direct involvement in supporting key consumer-facing marketing push designed to drive key company KPIs. This includes driving collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Oracle Red Bull Racing as well as international esports organizers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

You will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting performance results and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across paid digital channels, spanning search, shopping, video, and paid social.
  • Manage media budgets and reallocate spend based on data-driven performance insights and analysis.
  • Strategize and develop new initiatives and tactical paid media strategies beyond standard playbooks to meet organizational goals.
  • Design and execute structured A/B tests across creative, audience, and bidding strategies.
  • Report on campaign performance and ROI to leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations.
  • Monitor developments and updates across platforms, including emerging AI-powered advertising capabilities, and evaluate their application on existing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns with direct budget ownership.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in pulling, interpreting, and presenting performance data independently.
  • Ability to assess and, where warranted, challenge platform recommendations using independent data analysis.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Proficient in data measurement and web analytics tools.

Bonuses

  • Experience at a DTC or digitally native brand.
  • Understanding of consumer psychology and its application to paid media targeting and creative strategy.
  • Experienced in applying AI tools and knowledge to inform non-generic tactical paid media strategy.
