Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client communication and delivery in a timely manner.
  2. Team management and compliance monitoring.
  3. Sound technical knowledge
  4. Team player
  5. 2-3 years experience into Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
  6. Conduct of meetings both board and shareholders meetings.
  7. Assist in updating statutory registers for allocated clients in a timely manner as and when directed.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree holder; with CS Qualified
  • Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and be familiar with companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
