Job Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication and delivery in a timely manner.
- Team management and compliance monitoring.
- Sound technical knowledge
- Team player
- 2-3 years experience into Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
- Conduct of meetings both board and shareholders meetings.
- Assist in updating statutory registers for allocated clients in a timely manner as and when directed.
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder; with CS Qualified
- Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and be familiar with companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies.
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
