Whatatypicaldaylookslike:

• TimelyissuanceofPOstoVendors,follow-upfororderconfirmationandco-ordination for on time payment to suppliers
• Coordinatingwith vendorsforactual deliverystatusofmaterial
• OntimecompletionofOpenPurchaseOrderReportandShortageReportforreview
• Toexecutecoreprocurementprocessesefficientlyandaccuratelyforassigned products
• Tomeetorexceeddesiredservicelevelsandinventorytargetsasdefinedforthe products assigned, validated through procurement metrics
• CoordinatewithInternalBusinessPartner(requestor)andSupplierforPurchaseOrder Changes
• SelectsupplierforplacingnewordersinaccordancewithapprovedPurchasing strategies
• Managingsupplier'sdatabase
• Toidentify,recommend,andimplementoperationalefficienciestodrivecontinuous improvement in the execution of procurement processes
• Performrootcauseanalysistoexpeditetheresolutionofserviceissues
• PrepareCustomizedreports foranalyzingandincorporatingimprovementsinprocesses
• Shouldweincludeshortage/excessescalationmanagement,co-ordinateandfollow thru on urgent receive, past dues management and receiving challenge resolution

Theexperiencewe'relookingtoaddtoourteam:

• Education:Bachelor'sDegreeorEngineeringGraduates
• Experience:5-8yrs.Procurement/SupplyChainexperiencepreferred
• MandatoryKnowledgeofcomputersoftwareapplications,MSExcel,Word& PowerPoint (PF).
• Excellent communication skills - MANDATORY
• Experienceinthefollowingdomains:Orderprocessing,Supplychainmanagement, Order management, Procurement end to end preferred
• KnowledgeofERP(PreferablyBAAN)
• ExperienceinManufacturingindustrypreferablyinelectronics
• Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook
• Good analytical skills
