Role Overview:
A Buyer Lead - PR to PO manages the end-to-end procure-to-pay transactional workflow, converting internal purchase requisitions (PR) into legally binding purchase orders (PO) while leading team operations and enforcing compliance.
Role and Key Responsibilities:
. PR to PO Processing: Review, validate, and convert internal Purchase Requisitions into accurate Purchase Orders.
. RFQ & Sourcing Support: Float Requests for Quotation (RFQ), compare vendor bids, and execute spot negotiations.
. Order Tracking & Expediting: Monitor open orders, follow up on deliveries, and handle order amendments or exceptions.
. Team Leadership & Quality: Mentor junior buyers, conduct process training, and maintain high PO data quality standards.
. SLA & Reporting: Deliver regular procurement metrics, track operational KPIs, and manage backlog control.
Key Skills and knowledge:
. Experience: 3 to 6 years in procurement operations, sourcing, or supply chain shared services.
. Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Finance.
. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Coupa, alongside advanced Excel.
. Core Competencies: Strong negotiation abilities, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.

Graduate
