We're looking for an ideas-driven, execution-strong professional to join our Employee Engagement & Internal Communications team.

This role is for someone who is equal parts thinker and doer - comfortable brainstorming fresh concepts in the morning and rolling up their sleeves to bring them to life by evening. If you are resourceful, people-savvy, and naturally take ownership, you'll thrive here. You should enjoy being in the middle of the action, collaborating across teams, and creating experiences that employees genuinely connect with.

What You'll Do

Conceptualize and execute engaging employee initiatives that strengthen culture and connection

Bring new, relevant ideas to the table - and translate them into well-run programs and events

Partner with facilities, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences

Manage end-to-end logistics for events, campaigns, and company-wide moments

Create sharp, effective communication across channels that is clear, human, and on-brand

Support HR programs with thoughtful messaging and creative amplification

Help evolve the internal voice, look, and feel so it stays contemporary and employee-first

Stay close to employee sentiment through feedback, observation, and data, and use insights to proactively recommend improvements and elevate the overall employee experience

What Will Set You Apart

You combine creativity with execution discipline

You're as comfortable with strategy as you are with on-ground coordination

You anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and stay calm under pressure

You care about quality and employee experience

You bring energy, optimism, and a bias for action

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, HR Marketing, events, or similar roles

Strong presence and interpersonal skills - confident, polished, and easy to work with

Street-smart, solution-oriented, and comfortable navigating fast-moving environments

A natural team player who builds relationships quickly

High ownership mindset - someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do

Organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Solid writing skills; able to craft clear, creative communication

Willingness to work from the office and be present for key employee moments

Curious about AI and open to using it as a thought partner to accelerate ideas and execution.

Partner closely with the design team to bring ideas to life through compelling visuals, videos, and creative assets; familiarity with basic design tools is a plus.

Education Qualification - Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communications / Advertising and Public Relations.
