Role Overview:- The ER Physician will provide immediate medical care to patients presenting with acute illnesses, injuries, or life-threatening emergencies. The role requires rapid clinical decision-making, stabilization of critical cases, and coordination with specialist teams to ensure high-quality emergency care.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform rapid patient assessment, triage, and initiate appropriate emergency interventions.Manage acute medical, surgical, trauma, cardiac, pediatric, and obstetric emergencies.Conduct resuscitation, airway management, and emergency procedures (e.g., intubation, defibrillation, central line insertion).Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient stabilization, referral, and admission.Handle medico-legal cases (MLCs) as per Indian regulatory guidelines.Supervise and train junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff in emergency care protocols.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with NABH/JCI and hospital standards.

Qualifications:- MBBS degree from an NMC-recognized institution.Postgraduate qualification: MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine preferred.Fellowship/Diploma in Emergency Medicine (MEM, IFEM, etc.) may be considered.Valid BLS, ACLS certifications mandatory; ATLS and PALS preferred.Registration with the State Medical Council/NMC.
