Job Description

As a.NET Specialist, you willbe responsible fordesigning, implementing, andmaintaininghigh-quality .NET applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and efficient software solutions. Your experience andexpertisewill be crucial in guiding the team and ensuring the delivery of robust software products. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative and future-proof solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Definethe overall architecture strategy and ensure it aligns with businessobjectives.
  • Promoteknowledge-sharingthrough documentation, workshops, and training.
  • Establish architectural standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade system architectures.
  • Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to development teams.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams.
  • Work closely with developers and engineers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Design, develop, andmaintain.NET-based applications and services.
  • Design and oversee the development ofmicroservicesarchitecture using ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the development of new features and enhancements.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimizeapplication performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Mentor and support developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Design systems that ensure high availability, scalability, redundancy, and fault tolerance.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into the development process whereappropriate.
  • Promote agile architecture practices that enable iterative development.
  • Drive DevOps culture through CI/CD pipelines, automation, cloud-native development, and infrastructure as code.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experiencein .NET development , with at least3+ years as a Technical Lead
  • StrongproficiencyinC#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework/.NET 8+, Entity Framework, and Web API development.
  • Experience designing and developingmicroservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding ofobject-oriented design principles, design patterns, and clean architecture practices.
  • DatabaseexpertisewithSQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, including performance tuning and optimization.
  • Experience with messaging and event-streaming technologies such asAzure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such asAngular, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptispreferred.
  • Experience with version control systems such asGit and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding ofCI/CD pipelines, automated testing, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to align technical solutions and architecture decisions with business goals and long-term strategy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mechanical or engineering domain experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
