Job Purpose
Support the Lead - Digital Marketing in strategy development and execution. Supervise and mentor digital marketing team members. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the Lead - Digital Marketing in developing and executing the digital marketing strategy.
- Supervise and mentor digital marketing team members, providing direction and feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, monitoring performance, and optimizing as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to strategy development.
- Act as a liaison between the digital marketing team and other departments, fostering collaboration and communication.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
- Build, groom and retain top-class talent pool to enable high levels of creativity and innovation.
- Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure.
- Ensure adherence to benchmarks/processes set up for finalizing commercials and other key.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferably from Tier I/II college
Post-graduation: MBA(Premier)
Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience.
