Job Description
Key Responsibilities
DevOps Practices
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application delivery
- Ensure reliable, consistent, and automated deployments
- Support release processes, including versioning, rollback strategies, and deployment automations
- Build and maintain automation frameworks for build, deployment, and operations
- Enable teams with standardized pipelines, tools, and DevOps best practices
- Drive Automation-first approach to reduce manual activities
- Provision and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools
- Maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP) and platform services
- Support containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Build dashboards and set up alerts to ensure system health visibility
- Support SLA/SLO-driven reliability improvements
- Troubleshoot production issues across applications, infrastructure, and pipeline layers
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes
- Act as escalation point for critical deployment or pipeline failures
Cloud & Modernization
- Support cloud adoption and migration of legacy systems to modern platforms
- Enable scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized cloud environments
- Contribute to platform modernization and DevOps transformation initiatives
Candidate Profile
Required Experience
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering roles
- Experience working in production-critical enterprise environments
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in:
- Containerization – Docker, Kubernetes
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Ansible)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- GitOps Practices
- Good knowledge of:
- Monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Release management and deployment strategies
- Scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Preferred Certifications
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD)
