About the role:

Join Deloitte's Enterprise Solutions communications team as a strategic advisor and the go-to person for key stakeholders. Lead and deliver innovative, high-impact communication solutions for complex projects, drive campaign results, and guide the development of new processes. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to elevate the brand of key stakeholders, support business priorities, and execute visible, strategic assignments.

The work you'll do

  • Manage multiple projects, translating business priorities into effective communication strategies and plans, while owning campaign results and outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key stakeholders and senior leadership, providing guidance on branding, compliance, and operations/processes for events.
  • Create, review, and edit compelling communications across channels, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand and style guidelines.
  • Establish and oversee efficient processes for requirement intake, progress tracking, stakeholder updates, and reporting on outcomes.
  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Poppulo, ICMD, Zoomforth, social media analytics) and AI applications to assess impact, inform strategy, optimize communication accuracy, and enhance process efficiency.
  • Demonstrate understanding of Deloitte's business, strategic imperatives, industry trends, and market developments to ensure communications are relevant and impactful.
  • Build strong relationships within the team, across USI, and with key stakeholders; collaborate effectively across teams and career levels.

Qualifications Required

  • Graduate degree required, post-graduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or English preferred.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in internal communications, preferably within a large organization.
  • Strong command of English with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven project management and stakeholder engagement experience; adept at managing complex projects and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and provide strategic direction.
  • Experience advising senior leadership and collaborating across teams.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

This role will be based out of Hyderabad.

Work timings: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. (IST)

The team: USI Communications is a team of professionals who specialize in Communications, Public Relations and Communication Technology. The team reinforces the culture and brand of Deloitte internally and monitors our external reputation – intervening where necessary. They also play the role of a strategic and trusted business advisor for leaders and ensure that professionals are equipped with the right information in a timely manner to excel at work and enjoy well-being. Other priorities include creating an open and transparent environment for leadership communications, leveraging internal channels creatively, effectively disseminating information and measuring the impact of communications.
