Specialist – Data Science
Deloitte's Marketing Excellence organization is seeking a Data Scientist to support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions. This role will contribute to innovative projects, enhance model performance, and help translate data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies, along with the ability to work with complex datasets in a collaborative environment.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist on the Marketing Excellence Instrumentation Team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and deploying data science and machine learning models to solve business problems
- Fine-tuning models to improve accuracy and performance
- Utilizing Generative AI technologies to support AI-based projects in marketing analytics
- Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security while managing large datasets and applying appropriate data processing techniques
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data science and machine learning
- Experience with Generative AI tools and technologies
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL
- 1+ year of hands-on experience using Generative AI, language models, and related technologies
- Proficiency in Python libraries for artificial intelligence
Preferred :
- Experience developing and fine-tuning machine learning models for business applications
- Experience conducting exploratory data analysis and translating findings into business recommendations
- Experience working with large datasets and data processing techniques
- Experience supporting analytics initiatives in a marketing environment
Location : Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
