Expertise in DevOps building CICD pipeline using Azure Devops

Expertise in automating build test deploy activities

Expertise in scripting using Powershell

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Mentoring and training the technical team

Executing projects in a distributed agile environment

Key responsibilities

Troubleshoot and support issues related to performance security and capabilities of Cloud based solutions

Provide operational maintenance and monitoring of Cloud based solutions

Integrate Azure Cloud based solutions with other Cloud or on premises workloads

Accountable for monitoring auditing and reporting on Azure service usage escalating issues and providing reporting for leadership

Monitor and on all applications and infrastructure components as defined in the event catalogue

Respond to and resolve vulnerabilities in a timely manner

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve minor infrastructure problems

Apply security patches and updates to maintain compliance and reduce risk

Analyze system logs to identify trends and proactively address potential issues

Investigate s and errors remediate infrastructure related incidents

Escalate complex infrastructure and application issues to Level 3 support when necessary

Provide monitoring and support ensuring adherence to improved SLA targets shifts may be applicable on a rotation basis
