At AB InBev, we offer an exciting opportunity to work as a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist within our Cyber Security team. You will play a key role in securing critical systems by managing privileged identities, enforcing access controls, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
About the Role
You will be responsible for implementing and operating PAM solutions, with a strong focus on BeyondTrust Password Safe, to safeguard sensitive credentials and reduce security risks. This role requires collaboration with global teams to enhance identity security posture and support ongoing cybersecurity initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer BeyondTrust Password Safe for privileged credential management
- Onboard systems, applications, and accounts into PAM solutions
- Configure password vaulting, session management, and access policies
- Monitor privileged access activities and investigate anomalies or suspicious behavior
- Ensure secure password rotation and compliance with organizational policies
- Integrate PAM solutions with enterprise systems (AD, LDAP, SIEM, cloud platforms)
- Support onboarding of servers, databases, network devices, and applications into PAM
- Troubleshoot PAM-related issues and coordinate with vendors where required
- Maintain audit logs and generate reports for compliance and security reviews
- Collaborate with IAM, SOC, and infrastructure teams to enforce least privilege access
- Participate in PAM enhancements, upgrades, and automation initiatives
- Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and security governance standards
- Adhere to the SLA's and operational practices with flexible shifts.
- Follow shift routine, regular updates, follow-up with vendors, AB InBev Zone Security contacts.
- Work closely with In-house automation and data science team to automate the repeated tasks.
- Seek opportunities to drive efficiencies and collaborate with other technology teams with in and outside SOC (Eg.: NOC, Infra, automation, Cloud Ops, etc.)
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Privileged Access Management / Identity & Access Management
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Password Safe (vaulting, session management, password rotation) – Advanced
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and identity systems – Advanced
- Experience integrating PAM with SIEM, ITSM (ServiceNow), and cloud platforms – Intermediate
- Understanding of Windows and Linux administration – Intermediate
- Knowledge of network devices and database authentication mechanisms – Intermediate
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other PAM tools (BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Delinea, etc.)
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, BeyondTrust certifications, or IAM-related certifications
- Experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python)
