Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients within the intensive care unit, ensuring timely intervention and continuous monitoring.
Conduct thorough physical examinations, review and interpret diagnostic test results, and prescribe appropriate treatments.
Develop and oversee individualized care plans for ICU patients, including support for ongoing management and discharge planning.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering clear explanations regarding illness, prognosis, and treatment options.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality critical care.
Apply strong clinical judgment, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking skills in managing complex, life-threatening conditions.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to established clinical protocols and standards.
