Responsibilities

Responsible for meeting the needs of the account teams and collaborating closely with our clients to achieve successful results.

  • Facilitate affiliate marketing account activities in close collaboration with Account and client teams.
  • Proactively support account strategy execution, reporting, competitor audits
  • Conduct content, campaign, and publisher page reviews, flagging discrepancies and compliance issues.
  • Monitor account performance closely and report unusual spikes or declines in a timely manner.
  • Effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks within defined timelines while maintaining high quality.
  • Adapt quickly to changing business needs and continuously build skills to meet role expectations.
  • Actively contribute to client campaign planning and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Develop a strong understanding of accounts within the assigned portfolio and effectively manage daily workload distribution across portfolio members.
  • Lead transitions, learning sessions, and regular portfolio connects, acting as the primary point of contact for support and guidance for portfolio members.

Qualifications

  • A graduate in any discipline
  • 4 - 7 years of exposure in digital marketing/client services role
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing platforms
  • Basic knowledge of Affiliate Marketing
  • A quick learner, with a good curiosity quotient
  • Expert in MS Excel functions and formulas
  • Experience handling US/UK clients is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge on MS office suite
  • Adapt to the changing environment and deliver under pressure
  • Ability of multitasking and emphasis on attention to detail
  • Ability to apply logical and analytical thinking
  • Be a great teammate and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A critical thinker and problem solver. Able to influence/develop account strategies that contribute to advertisers overall objectives
