About The Role

The Specialist - Banking Administration & Solutions position will support the development and transformation of the Carrier global banking and treasury systems footprint including banking connectivity, management and administration of the Treasury & WHQ bank accounts and banking systems and banking corporate compliance.

It requires collaboration with business units and cross functional partners including controllership, finance, banking partners, digital and legal.

This position reports to the Associate Director of Banking Administration and Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance of the corporate Treasury and holding companies bank account footprint and coordinate required updates in alignment with organization and transformational changes
  • Support the Carrier Global Bank Account Management (BAM) process
  • Maintain Bank account masterdata, routing and connectivity in Kyriba
  • Manage user access to various Carrier partner banks eBanking systems
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting of Daily SWIFT payment and reporting file
  • Support preparation of documents for banks - coordinating with various signatories and stake holders in Carrier
  • Support Cash Visibility project and Bank rationalization projects.
  • Provide bank connectivity and testing support to CFIN & ERP implementation and upgrade projects
  • Support Corporate Treasury and Finance controls and policies around bank accounts and bank connectivity
  • Organize internal presentations for project and task updates

Requirements

  • BS in accounting and/or finance/IT required.
  • Certified Treasury Professional or equivalent training also desired.
  • 5 or more years treasury, finance, IT and/or accounting experience.
  • High proficiency in SAP, Kyriba, or other finance systems. Hands on experience with configuration or Administration in Kyriba is highly desired.
  • Experience with Sharepoint and other MS tools,
  • Banking technology exposure, specifically SWIFTNet or payment system support.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Teamwork desire to work with others and share responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong project management, analytical and effective communication skills
