We are looking for a highly experienced Avionics HW RF Engineer to lead and contribute to the design and development for our Avionics Domain.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS: In this role, you will be successful, if you have:
Experience:
- BE / BTech / MTech in Electronics, RF, Microwave, or Communication Engineering
- 7-10 years of experience in RF and antenna design
- Handson experience with antenna simulation and measurement
- Knowledge of aerospace RF requirements and environmental constraints
- Experience working with VNA and RF lab equipment
- Design and optimize antennas for airborne and spaceconstrained platforms
- Perform EM simulations and RF analysis using HFSS/CST
- Develop RF frontend concepts including filters, LNAs, and matching networks
- Prepare RF design, simulation, and test documentation
- Support EMI/EMC and environmental qualification testing (DO160/MILSTD461)
- Work closely with systems, mechanical, PCB, and test teams
- Participate in design reviews and address technical findings
