Job Summary
Lead immunology and screening projects by managing a team, guiding assay strategy, ensuring quality data, and delivering results on time. The role also supports client interaction, compliance, lab operations, and technical capability building.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of immunology assays and screening studies
- Manage and guide trainees/scientists for project delivery and data quality
- Design assay workflows and review experimental plans
- Perform hands-on experimental work and troubleshoot when needed
- Analyze, interpret, and present data in the required format
- Prepare reports and support client project updates
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, ALCOA++, safety, and quality standards
- Support lab maintenance, reagent planning, and inventory follow-up
- Contribute to process improvements and new technical capabilities
Key Technical Requirements
- Immuno-oncology assays
- Bioassays
- Human PBMC isolation and banking
- Flow cytometry and Incucyte
- Cell culture and handling of primary cells and engineered cell lines
- Western blotting
- ELISA
- Transfections
- Assay development, validation, and molecule screening
- Data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
Minimum Requirements
- PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of the CRO/CDMO business.
- Experience in immunology, assay platforms, and laboratory operations.
- Ability to work in a quality- and compliance-driven environment.
