Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Treatment

Diagnose and treat illnesses, medical conditions, and injuries.
Prescribe and administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized medical care.
Monitor patients conditions and progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Diagnostic & Medical Procedures

Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients and their families.

Medical Coordination

Direct, coordinate, consult with, and refer patients to nurses, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other medical staff.
Collect, record, and maintain patients information and medical histories.

Patient Education & Counseling

Advise patients, parents, and guardians on diets, activities, hygiene, and disease prevention.

Research & Professional Development

Conduct research and stay current with trends, discoveries, and developments in the medical field.
