Communications CoE - Measurement and Analytics - Specialist Assistant Manager
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving meaningful change through communications This Communications Measurement & Analytics professional will be at the forefront of transforming how organizations measure, analyze, and report on internal, external and executive communications. This role will support the development and standardization of reporting across all channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact in every message. The ideal candidate has experience leveraging innovative analytics and shaping reporting best practices, the ability to work collaboratively across individuals at all levels of a matrixed organization and has proven results in optimizing communication strategies organization wide.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Communications on the USI Communications COE team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining measurement frameworks and tools for internal and external communications
- Monitoring key performance indicators across channels, identifying trends, and conducting audits to improve data quality and reporting accuracy
- Standardizing reporting approaches and translating complex data into dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the organization
- Advising communications teams on measurement best practices and partnering with stakeholders to align reporting systems and delivery methods
- Delivering insights from communications, media, and social trends to inform strategy, campaign planning, and content development
The team
The USI Communications COE team provides strategic communications that build the Deloitte brand, strengthen our reputation, and drive business performance. This is a team of trusted advisors that delivers experienced counsel and superior results to the Deloitte U.S. Firms. Specifically, we seek to link internal communications and public relations to business objectives and deliver quality over quantity. With a focus on measurable results, we strive to identify and manage opportunities that will deliver the highest impact for our clients. The Communications COE Team provides strategic counsel to its clients and colleagues, developing appropriate communication ideas, measurable insights, shared services, innovative programs, and platform management across external communications, internal communications, and executive communications.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 4 PM and 7 PM to 11 PM IST
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, English, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in metrics, measurement, and analytics, including at least 3 years in a large-scale or global organization
- Experience developing and maintaining measurement frameworks and tools for communications effectiveness
- Experience monitoring communication performance indicators and building dashboards or reports for stakeholders
- Experience conducting audits and supporting reporting standardization across teams or businesses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive, and familiarity with measurement platforms
Preferred:
- Experience supporting measurement for internal, external, and executive communications
- Experience translating analytics into recommendations for communications strategy and campaign planning
- Experience monitoring news, media, and social trends to identify insights and opportunity areas
- Experience facilitating knowledge sharing or training in measurement and reporting processes
- Experience supporting compliance and data governance in reporting activities
