Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and technically-minded Special Task Coordinators Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in service planning for complex machinery, preferably with experience in wind turbines. This role is crucial for the technical planning and coordination of work orders, ensuring all resources, from materials to personnel, are in place for efficient execution. You will play a key role in optimizing schedules, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with service contracts, all while working in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Planning: Technically plan work orders by defining and sourcing all necessary materials, tools, services, and resources. Consider customer specifics and identify opportunities to improve task lists.
  • Process & System Management: Perform entitlement checks via system support, identify T&M (Time and Materials) opportunities, and align service schedules with contractual obligations.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Prepare and manage both long-term (12-week) and short-term (3-week) planning. Optimize work order composition and perform availability checks for materials, tools, and competencies.
  • Coordination & Communication: Confirm readiness for works to be executed, reassign work orders as needed, and ensure all planning-related KPIs and PPIs are under control.
  • Compliance: Ensure all aspects of planning and scheduling adhere to company processes and standards.

Qualifications

  • A Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • A technical background with experience in wind turbines is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in service planning, particularly with blades and wind turbine main components, is a plus.

Competencies

  • Technical Understanding: Good understanding of Service AOM (Availability and Operations Management) and the ability to read technical documentation and drawings.
  • System Knowledge: An affinity for working according to processes and navigating technical systems like SAP and Salesforce.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent self-organization, time management, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Communication: Strong technical communication skills.
  • Availability: Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
