Job Description

Job Description:

  • Identify new business opportunities to support SPX's long-term growth.
  • Plan, analyze data, coordinate cross-functional teams (Ops, Fleet, Tech, Finance) and ensure on-time delivery of key projects.
  • Conduct market benchmarking, cost-benefit analysis, and define KPIs for project success.
  • Track results, identify bottlenecks, and continuously refine operations to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and profitability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, project management, consulting, or data-driven roles (experience in logistics, e-commerce, or tech-enabled businesses is a plus)
  • Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities, process improvement, or growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis, market benchmarking, and cost-benefit analysis
  • Ability to define KPIs, track performance, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders (Operations, Fleet, Technology, Finance, etc.)
  • Solid project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and align teams across functions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus
