Role Overview:

As the Special Projects Specialist, you will be responsible for leading new initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Oversee and manage special projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (creative, marketing, operations) to gather insights, align objectives, and leverage expertise for project success.

- Innovation: Identify opportunities for new initiatives and creative solutions that enhance our service offerings and improve internal processes.

- Performance Tracking: Establish metrics to measure project success and impact, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adapting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in project management, business development, or a related field; experience in a creative agency or startup environment is a plus.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think creatively, take calculated risks, and navigate uncertainty.

- Ownership: Proven track record of taking initiative and driving projects to successful completion with minimal supervision.
