YBF – Your Best Friend is a curated founder community built around meaningful connections, conversations, experiences and collaborations.

We are looking for an energetic, highly organised and well-spoken Events & Founder Experience Intern who wants to work closely with the founder and be part of creating premium experiences for entrepreneurs and business leaders.

What you'll work on:

* Help curate and execute unique founder experiences, networking events, workshops and intimate conversations online & offline

* Research and reach out to successful founders, business leaders, public speakers and relevant personalities for interviews, workshops and collaborations

* Assist in building YBF's 12-month events & experiences calendar

* Research interesting speakers, venues, formats, themes and potential collaborations

* Coordinate with speakers, partners, venues and members

* Assist with event planning, guest management and on-ground execution

* Contribute ideas that make every YBF experience more meaningful and memorable

* Help build relationships within the founder and business ecosystem

We're looking for someone who is:

Excellent at communication and confident on calls

Highly organised and proactive

Curious about business, entrepreneurship, people and culture

Comfortable reaching out to senior professionals and public personalities

Creative, resourceful and willing to take ownership

Good at research, follow-ups and execution

Someone who enjoys meeting people and creating experiences

Important:

Candidate must be based in Mumbai

This is a hybrid role and requires availability for events and in-person meetings.
