Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Educator at The 3C Edge, located in Howrah. The Special Educator will work directly with students to address their learning needs, adapt instructional materials for diverse abilities, and create individualized education plans. The role includes collaborating with colleagues, monitoring student progress, and maintaining open communication with parents for consistent support and development.
Qualifications
- Experience with Special Education and working with students with disabilities
- Teaching expertise in middle school settings and a strong understanding of educational methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and fellow educators
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to inclusivity in education
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field
