About the RoleNvyum Child Development Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Educator with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs. The ideal candidate should be committed to supporting children's academic, social, behavioral, and functional development through individualized educational interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct educational assessments and identify individual learning needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide one-on-one and small-group special education sessions.
- Work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Learning Disabilities, and Developmental Delays.
- Monitor and document student progress and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Psychologists, and parents.
- Conduct parent counseling and provide home-program guidance.
- Support school readiness, academic skills, and functional independence.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in special education.
- RCI Registration preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
