Job Description

About the Role

Nvyum Child Development Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Educator with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs. The ideal candidate should be committed to supporting children's academic, social, behavioral, and functional development through individualized educational interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct educational assessments and identify individual learning needs.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Provide one-on-one and small-group special education sessions.
  • Work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Learning Disabilities, and Developmental Delays.
  • Monitor and document student progress and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Psychologists, and parents.
  • Conduct parent counseling and provide home-program guidance.
  • Support school readiness, academic skills, and functional independence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in special education.
  • RCI Registration preferred.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
