  • Design and implement individualized learning plans aligned with IB PYP/MYP frameworks for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum, assessments, and instructional strategies for inclusive participation.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust interventions using data-driven approaches.
  • Partner with parents and caregivers to establish consistent communication and support home-school alignment.
  • Facilitate social-emotional learning and executive functioning skill-building within inclusive settings.
  • Contribute to school-wide inclusion initiatives and professional development workshops for faculty.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
    • IB PYP or MYP training certification
    • Special Education certification (B.Ed. or M.Ed. in Special Education)
    • Experience with IEP (Individualized Education Program) development
    • Proficiency in assistive technology tools for learning support
    • Knowledge of inclusive pedagogy and differentiated instruction
    • Understanding of child psychology and behavioral intervention models
  • Preferred
    • Experience in international or IB schools
    • Training in trauma-informed practices or ADHD/autism-specific strategies
    • Familiarity with IB Learner Profile and ATL (Approaches to Learning) skills
