Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Special Educator to support students aged 2–16 years with diverse learning needs. The role focuses on inclusive education, IEP planning, early intervention, and remedial teaching to enhance student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)
Deliver remedial instruction and learning support (1:1 and small groups)
Collaborate with teachers for curriculum adaptation and differentiated instruction
Conduct early identification of developmental and learning difficulties
Track progress using student assessments and data-driven strategies
Work with parents, therapists, and counselors for holistic development
Ensure inclusive classroom practices and necessary accommodations
Key Requirements:
Graduate with Minimum 2+ years experience in a school setup
Strong knowledge of learning disabilities (LD), ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Familiarity with IEP documentation, behavior management, and intervention strategies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
