Job Title: Special Educator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs. The candidate will design individualized learning plans, provide specialized instruction, and help students achieve their academic and developmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials according to students abilities and learning styles.
- Assess students academic progress and maintain detailed records.
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction.
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and school staff to support student development.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
- Knowledge of learning disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia.
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with children with special needs.
- Ability to use assistive learning tools and technologies.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
