Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for a Special Education Teacher at CAGS. The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized educational plans tailored to meet the individual needs of students with diverse abilities. Daily responsibilities will include teaching middle school students, collaborating with fellow educators and support staff, addressing the unique challenges of students with disabilities, and maintaining open communication with parents and caregivers to support student progress.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Special Education and supporting students with disabilities
• Strong teaching skills, particularly at the middle school level, with the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive education
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, or related field (Master's degree or specialized certifications in Special Education)
