Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Educator, responsible for developing and implementing educational plans for students with disabilities in middle school, communicating with parents and other teachers, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with disabilities and special education knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement individualized education plans
• Experience teaching middle school students
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
• Knowledge of assistive technology and accommodations
• Experience with behavior management and positive reinforcement strategies
• Fluency in English and Hindi
