Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated content related to IEP goals, accommodations, behavioral strategies, and disability classifications
- Create special education scenarios covering eligibility reviews, progress tracking, transition planning, and parent communication
- Annotate and validate datasets for compliance, intervention alignment, and student support workflows
- Assess AI accuracy in special education law, disability categories, and evidence-based intervention practices
- Develop structured feedback to improve AI evaluation frameworks for special education tasks
Role Requirements
- Professional experience in special education instruction, IEP coordination, behavioral support, related services, or compliance administration
- Knowledge of IEP development, behavioral intervention planning, assistive technology, and disability support services
- Familiarity with IDEA, ADA, Section 504, and special education compliance standards
- Ability to evaluate and structure special education workflows and documentation tasks
- Experience with behavioral assessment, progress monitoring, or transition planning processes
